We’ll start with a kickoff call to get clear on your business, your goals, and your audience. Each month after that, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can tailor your strategy to what’s coming up and what makes sense to promote. You’ll receive your content guidance in Airtable, and you’ll have me in Slack for questions or feedback along the way.
Speaking of “everything about everything…”
I mean EVERYTHING short of writing the actual newsletter for you (but even that will be SO easy, given all the support you have with every other task).
I’ll outline your key points, write your subject lines, decide on your call to action, proof and approve the emails you write, help you leverage storytelling, tell you when to send each email, advise you on how to promote it on socials… yeah, that’s everything.

When can I start, and how do I know if you have space?
Applications are rolling — if the application is open, that means there’s a spot available! You can start anytime, with a minimum three-month commitment.
What does this SERVICE NOT include?
It does not include writing copy, scheduling, or sending your newsletters for you.
What’s the turnaround time on the strategy?
Once you complete your monthly questionnaire, you will receive your completed strategy within one week. I’m available on Slack Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm EST for help as you implement! This is very much a use-it-or-lose-it type of service, so I highly recommend actually using the AirTable content I plan for you so you can take advantage of having my support!
Why do I have to commit to 3 months?
Because email marketing takes TIME to see results. I want you to have the support you need as you stick to it, and I want to be there for you if something comes up that you need my help with.
If I love it, can I renew?
Sure can! Just let me know you want to & we’ll discuss what renewal looks like at the end of our 3 months together.
How is this different from the DIY Subscription you offer?
The DIY Subscription gives you a monthly batch of ready-to-send newsletters — swipe, customize, and hit send. It’s content support, not strategy.

Do I have to use Flodesk for this?
