When you have the right tools — and the right guidance — to create an email marketing ecosystem that actually works for you (ahem: one that you’ll stick to, for real this time…), you’ll realize just how simple email marketing can be.
"Before Kaytee stepped in, I was as frozen as a deer in the headlights —completely clueless about where to even start. Now, I’m sending out weekly newsletters that feel polished and professional, I’ve got a beautiful sign-up form for my website and socials, and people actually compliment my emails. Kaytee didn’t just make email marketing doable—she made it enjoyable."

"This is one of the best business decisions I've made since starting my travel agency! Sometimes it's not worth trying to reinvent the wheel when there are professionals like who can do a much better job than I ever could!"

MEET THE EMAIL MARKETER FOR TRAVEL ADVISORS
And despite me being Midwest Nice, I’m not gonna do it in a coddling, hand-holding, quick-fix-then-move-on way.
To me, “easier” doesn’t mean “do it for you so you learn nothing.” It means giving you every single resource you need, making sure that resource is as straightforward and easy to understand as possible, and helping you learn the skills to stick with your email marketing for good, so you can make the most out of it (and make the most money from it).
(Hmm yes, I was geeking out over getting results from my marketing.)
Once I got serious about growing my business, I realized two things very quickly: making money on your own is HARD, but it gets easier when you consistently stay in front of your audience.
We both know how difficult it is to get anyone to take action from Instagram — no matter how carefully I curated my feed I couldn’t possibly compete with an algorithm as finicky as that one — so I knew I needed to try a different strategy. One that would ensure I was top of mind for the people I wanted to work with.
So, I started sending newsletters. And the people started loving them. And then they started loving me. And then they started hiring me.
And then I noticed that I loved sending the emails way more than I loved what I was sending the emails about, so I changed everything.
While I *liked* being a travel advisor, I *loved* the creative marketing and strategy side of my business.
You’re either a business owner, or you’re not. Whether you’re part time or full time, commit to your business! You deserve it.
Done is better than perfect, always.
Rest is productive, too! You don’t have to be a workaholic to be good at your job.
I’m not checking my inbox after 5pm, on weekends, or when I'm OOO... and I’m not sorry.
Simple always works.
We’re humans first, business owners second. Sassy pants? Not welcome here. Kindness will always win in my book, no matter what.
You are good enough as you are; there’s no need to try to be someone else.
LOL NO I will be booking the trip thank you very much.
